Live Action Arena

The Live Action Arena is the UK’s largest indoor racetrack and undoubtedly one of the highlights of the show.
 
Situated within the largest hall of the NEC, our track with a 4700-seat grandstand allows you to see an array of motor racing action plus record-breaking stunts and celebrity appearances.

From single seaters, historic saloons and rally and drift cars to the very latest GT coupes and full on oval races, the show will have you on the edge of your seat from start to finish.

For Autosport International 2010 the arena featured a brand-new tri-oval layout for the track. the spectale was provided by The orignal Stig, 1984 FIA World Rally Champion, Stig Blomqvist in the legendary 550bhp Group B Audi Sport rally car, Triple Britsh Rally champion Mark Higgins in a Lancia Stratos HF, and the team from Fifth Gear who brougth their Dogfight feature to the live arena for the first time.

The show further featured the Autosport McLaren BRDC Young Drivers, BRISCA F1 cars along an exciting Drifting demonstration and even Short Track bikes.
